[phase eins]. is a Civil Law Association (GbR) founded in 1998 and headed by the two partners Benjamin Hossbach and Christian Lehmhaus.

The office has a permanent staff of approx. twenty employees. During examination periods the team has up to 30 employees; these non-permanent co-workers are recruted out of a pool of experienced examiners and student co-workers.
