General remark	The site of the future Darat King Abdullah II is measuring 18,800 sqm and is located at one of the most significant and exposed locations in Amman, at the bottom of Amman's main valley, adjacent to Ali Bin Ai Talib road, the traffic artery that runs the valley. Presently the site is built up with a five-story industrial building which was a tobacco factory and will be demolished.
