InformationWelcome to the web-assisted application form for the international design competition European Parliament - Paul-Henri SPAAK Building Brussels.
ApplicationThe online form has two modes: main applicant is a single Applicant or the primary applicant of a consortium secondary applicant is a consortium member or sub-consultant

The pieces of information required for the application are entered in several steps — for secondary applicants four steps and for main applicants three extra steps (step 3) where all the members of the applicant consortium are to be listed together, the declarations (step 5) and the final submission of the application (step 7).

Steps 3 – Applicant consortia/Subcontractors , 5 – Declarations and 7- completion are reserved for the main applicant.

Upon the conclusion of any step you may save what you have entered so far, discontinue the application procedure and resume it any time by entering your user ID and password.
Having entered all the required pieces of information, in order to conclude the registration of the main applicant please click, in the last step, on the button ‘Submit application’.
Upon conclusion of the application procedure you will receive a confirmatory e-mail containing further information concerning the present application procedure and, as an attachment, a PDF copy of the application form as filled out by you.
The PDF file must then be signed uploaded for the final submission of the request for qualification.

For the application to be valid, it does not suffice to fill out just the online form.

The data uploaded by applicants at the end of the application is stored on a separate segment of a server rented from an external provider. Access is only granted through programming after the application deadline.

Single applicants apply as primary applicants.
Applicant consortia must appoint a main applicant; the other members of an applicant consortium apply as secondary applicants. Main applicants can, from within their profile, create and edit secondary applicants.

Data poolTo facilitate your application for future selection procedures we offer to you the opportunity to permanently keep your personal data (name, address, phone number, references, awards, etc.) on our server, which [phase eins]. undertakes not to disclose to any unauthorized third party. Please write down your User ID and password which will be required whenever you wish to retrieve, update or delete your data record. Access to your record will be permitted via the “data pool” button in the top menu of the [phase eins]. webpage. Please decide now, by clicking on the appropriate button, whether you wish to have your data permanently kept in our data pool and be notified by e-mail of future procedures.
