The present state	In January 2007, [phase eins]. was commissioned by Jabal Omar Development Project Co. to supervise and manage the planning and design of the Jabal Omar Development in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The planning process of Jabal Omar Development will progress in several stages starting with a review of the existing master plan for the site and following up with two project competitions.
